A graduate programme that ignites the Leader in You.
The two to three-year graduate programme is a development experience designed to ignite the Leader in You. Over time, you will gain excellent exposure through rotations within and across functions in our business, as well as meaningful interactions with our Unilever leaders.

For Students
|
An internship like no other.
Our six or three-month internship programme will allow you to join us in the world of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to build your leadership skills whilst working on projects that are purposeful and impactful.
You will get to work alongside highly experienced teams on projects that will provide you with hands-on working experience, giving you a career head-start, all with guidance from your line manager. Top performers will also be fast-tracked to the final stage of assessments for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP).
Our six-month internship will allow you to join us on a full time or part time basis (with a minimum of 4 days/week). Student pass holders are eligible to apply for a 2 day/week part time arrangement

Who is it for: Second to Penultimate-Year University Students
Duration: 6 months (Jan – June / July – Dec) or 3 months (May – July)
Applications for six-month internship:
1. Jul 2023 – Dec 2023: applications will open on 20 February 2023 and close 10 March 2023
2. Jan 2024 – June 2024: applications will open in Q3 of 2023
Applications for three-month internship:
May 2024 – July 2024 intake will open in Q3 of 2023

Bringing together some of the best and brightest university students from around the world, the Unilever Future Leaders League (FLL) is a global business case competition that challenges you to define and explore creative solutions for the betterment of the business, society and individuals.
The winning team of the local round will go on to represent Singapore in the Unilever Future Leaders’ League Global Finals. The winning team will also have the opportunity to embark on an Immersion trip to Indonesia.
