What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities Be

The CSP Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless execution of activity plans at both customer and consumer levels, in close partnership with the Sales team. Key responsibilities include:

· Conducting monthly competitive reviews across priority channels to identify market dynamics and opportunities.

· Guaranteeing the effective and timely execution of all trade promotions.

· Performing detailed brand performance analyses.

· Monitoring primary and secondary sales and tracking performance versus targets through dashboards.

· Designing and implementing trade activities including activations, promotions, and pack initiatives.

· Ensuring perfect execution of activations across both Modern Trade and Retail channels.

· Communicating customer marketing initiatives to field teams to ensure operational alignment.

· Overseeing end‑to‑end execution of all trade activities.

· Supporting innovation launches through customer presentations, launch events, material development, and product sampling.

· Managing the distribution and reconciliation of gifts and promotional items.

· Support with Trade and Shopper Marketing initiatives to ensure shopper engagement.

· Preparing sales plans and communicating action guidelines to the Sales team to support flawless execution.

- Mastering Data (mainly Excel, Power BI)
- Pack Office (mainly Excel & PowerPoint)
- Team spirit.

- Fluent in English.
- Reactivity and ability to deliver within stretched deadlines.
