  • Organize Mini-Company meetings and drive Action Plans aligned with department goals, KPIs, and PDCA Daily Management to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with Shift Leaders to assign workforce and manage schedules in line with the Logistics Master Plan for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues on assigned production lines.
  • Plan and manage machine and equipment maintenance in collaboration with maintenance, electrical, PM technicians, and external contractors.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, GMP, and personal hygiene standards, and act as a role model for workplace safety.
  • Lead and support WCM activities (AM Steps, Kaizen, 5S) to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and enhance production performance using WCM tools.
  • Supervise quality control on production lines, ensure on-time and complete production, investigate issues, prevent recurrence, and report to management.
  • Ensure product traceability and compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, and company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management (experience as Supervisor/Line Leader is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of WCM, Kaizen, AM Steps, PDCA, and 5S principles.
  • Experience working in environments compliant with GMP, ISO 9001, and factory safety standards.
  • Good understanding of production planning, manpower allocation, and machine/equipment maintenance.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to monitor KPIs, drive action plans, and manage teams to achieve targets.
  • Good command of Thai; basic English communication skills preferred.
  • Willing to work in shifts and under production pressure.
