ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Affiliate Management Lead is responsible for driving incremental growth through performance‑based affiliate partnerships across key dCommerce platforms. This role will develop, manage, and optimize the affiliate ecosystem to deliver traffic, conversion, and revenue growth in line with brand and commercial objectives.

The role works closely with internal dCommerce, brand, media, and agency teams, as well as external affiliate networks and partners, to ensure effective recruitment, activation, and performance optimization of affiliates. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of digital performance marketing.

This position plays a critical role in scaling efficient, ROI‑driven growth by leveraging data, insights, and continuous testing to maximize affiliate contribution across the consumer journey.

Your Role

Develop & Scale the Affiliate Program

  • Develop and execute scalable affiliate strategies to drive GMV growth across creator tiers (top, mid‑tier, and long‑tail), with a strong focus on improving productivity and scale of mid‑tier creators
  • Optimize creator tiering, incentive programs, and commission structures to maximize ROI and accelerate long‑tail contribution, encouraging higher content output and performance
  • Plan and execute affiliate‑led campaigns, key commercial moments, and promotional mechanics aligned with brand and commercial calendars
  • Own end‑to‑end KPI tracking and performance analysis, including affiliate GMV, shoppable video volume, GMV per video, and ROI by creator tier
  • Identify growth and efficiency opportunities through data‑driven insights and lead optimization initiatives to improve affiliate productivity and content output per creator
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high‑quality affiliates aligned with brand guidelines and overall affiliate strategy

Manage Affiliate & MCN Relationships

  • Build and maintain partnerships with affiliates and MCNs/agencies
  • Act as the primary point of contact; provide onboarding, training, and ongoing communications to improve conversion and increase content output per affiliate

Ensure Content Quality

  • Define and enforce content guidelines to ensure high‑quality execution in line with brand standards, legal requirements, and platform policies
  • Review and approve affiliate content where required, and provide constructive feedback to improve consistency, compliance, and performance

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Social Manager, Brand Platform Manager, Online Brand Manager and wider brand teams to support marketing initiatives and campaign activities.
  • Collaborate on content calendars, campaign plans, and integrated marketing activities.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance on a regular basis
  • Manage affiliate platforms and tools, ensuring accurate tracking setup and reporting integrity
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders

Contract Negotiation & Management

  • Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements with affiliates and MCNs
  • Coordinate commission validation and payment processing with Finance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payouts
  • Optimize affiliate budget allocation in line with strategic priorities and performance targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experienced in managing and scaling affiliate programs—preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or e‑commerce.
  • Skilled in affiliate marketing platforms, particularly those used across Shopee, Lazada, Konvy, and TikTok.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Analytical and data‑driven, comfortable working with KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experienced in working with influencers and content creators.
