JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:

  • Identify and customize reach and penetration initiatives into integrated business plan (IBP) and drive rigorous execution on the field.
  • Set up BEX and CD Ops JTBDs following country IBP sign-off to ensure highest level of execution on the field.
  • Change Leader for digital transformation in the country; acts as custodian of technology and improvement across commercial teams (sales & marketing)
  • Responsible for BEX Budget in country P&L which includes CRM, Data automation and enhancement.
  • Country owner for Reach & Penetration OKRs.
  • Leads Pakistan lead management flows and support/design new customer journeys.
  • Provides data driven insights to all incentive designs and reviews key incentives to improve design.
  • Governs Data Quality and Standardization of measurement within the country.
  • Responsible for development of local dashboards and analytics.
  • Responsible for seamless partner operations: Data Accuracy & Stock Accuracy and data integration with Unilever Leverage/DDT system.
  • Work closely with Chains, PULL and Push leads on execution of respective strategy in geography.
  • End to end deployment of Push, Pull & chains category plans and sop delivery.
  • Provide operator and Channel understanding and input to marketing team.
  • Drive business alignment from top to bottom in geography to deliver on targets.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Ensure Full Compliance of SOP Cycle.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Education & Work Experience
Minimum of bachelor’s degree
• A Business degree preferably in Sales or Marketing
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing.
• B2B experience- HoReCa
• Experience within the Foods category.
