Job Title: Global FP&A Senior Analyst – Pepsi Lipton JV

Location: Kingson

JOB PURPOSE

Pepsi Lipton is a joint venture between Unilever and PepsiCo to manufacture and sell iced tea branded products around the world. Two of our biggest brands, Lipton and Pure Leaf, are worth over $1 billion in Retail Sales Value.

As an independent company in its own right, the joint venture has its own board of directors.  As a global organization, the variation in countries, bottlers and manufacturing sites makes this a very exciting place to work. We have 5 regional organisations operating across the world: North America, Europe, Latin America, and AMEA (Asia, Middle East, and Africa,). We are constantly breaking new grounds with new mixes launched into white markets.

Whilst we have the backing and support of our two parent companies, our entrepreneurial set-up gives us real autonomy. Our roles are broad, our responsibilities are big and our experiences even bigger with the opportunity to learn from the best talent of both companies.  We have high visibility and great exposure to senior leadership and to talented colleagues all over the world. It means – all resources in the JV need to have powerful influential skills and be confident to operate independently.  It as well means, that we are leaders responsible from the end-to-end business in a way that’s just not possible at our parent companies.

So, if you want to really challenge yourself, and experience a whole new way of working with an entrepreneurial winning mindset, without leaving your parent company, this could be the perfect place to take your career to the next level.

Recruitment Fraud

Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.

How is Unilever tackling this?

Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.

What can I do?

If you become aware of potential recruitment fraud, spot fake Unilever recruitment adverts or fake LinkedIn profiles, report them via Una Live Chat.

Unilever does not accept responsibility or liability for any candidates who are financially impacted by recruitment fraud. Your vigilance is key!
