Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive - QA to ensure the quality and safety of products manufactured and distributed by HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED. This role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various departments to uphold our high standards.

Job Responsibilities**

* Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with company policies and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
* Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify and address non-conformances.
* Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various quality control activities.
* Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
* Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, determining root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
* Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
* Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
* Participate in cross-functional teams for new product development and process improvements.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
* 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the FMCG or manufacturing industry, preferably in food, beverages, or personal care.
* Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Proven experience in conducting quality inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
