Main Responsibilities

The Digital Commerce NRM Analyst is responsible for supporting Net Revenue Management (NRM) activities within eCommerce / Digital Commerce Channel, with a strong focus on analytics, insights generation, and performance tracking. The role partners closely with CSP, Commercial, Finance, and dCommerce Key Account teams to drive profitable growth through pricing, promotions, and mix optimization across digital channels.

1. eNRM Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Analyze pricing, promotion, and mix performance across eCommerce platforms.

  • Track key eNRM KPIs including NSV, margin, promo effectiveness, and trade spend efficiency.


2. Pricing & Promotion Analysis

  • Support development and evaluation of pricing architecture and promotional scenarios for digital channels.

  • Assess financial impact of commercial initiatives and provide data‑driven recommendations.


3. Business Insights & Reporting

  • Develop regular reports and dashboards to support decision‑making for CSP and commercial teams.

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends impacting revenue and profitability.


4. Cross‑functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with CSP, Finance, Category, and dCommerce teams to ensure aligned inputs and assumptions.

  • Support commercial forums, planning cycles, and review discussions with fact‑based insights.


5. Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support adherence to NRM frameworks, tools, and ways of working within eCommerce.

  • Contribute to process improvement and capability building in eNRM analytics.
