JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team,
focusing on bulk hiring for early career roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in high-volume recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top
talent.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Screening and Interviewing: Job postings, screening applications, reviewing online
test scores, screening, and scoring video interviews to assess candidates'
suitability.
• Coordination: Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing
needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout
the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and
recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and
legal requirements, such as right to work checks and reasonable adjustments.
• Business Partnership: Work in partnership with local country teams to understand
local nuances and market specific requirements. Produce regular reporting and
provide insights to the local country teams on applications and give status updates
on whether targets are met throughout the process, including diversity.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
• Must be fluent in French & English written and verbal
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational
abilities, and proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail,
and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Strong commercial acumen with a knack for candidate engagement and influence.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
