JOB PURPOSE
The SHE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the plant's safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management complies with Thai law and applicable standards. This role involves implementing strategic safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing control measures to address potential issues. The SHE Supervisor provides comprehensive safety and management training for employees, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Additionally, the SHE Supervisor plays a critical role in promoting a strong safety culture within the organization and fostering continuous improvement in SHE performance.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Ensure the Plant’s safety management are all complies with Thai law and all standards
Implement safety work plans, actives following strategic safety program
Complete risk assessment program, risk review, implement control measures and develop recommendations for addressing the issue.
Provide safety training program and management training to ensure that employee, contractors, and suppliers understand the safety and environment regulations.
Conducting safety inspection/observations to ensure unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions are detected and corrected and set plan for reducing risk.
Coordinating with the department/persons concerned to maintain safety program.
Lead safety project and safety in design related to machinery safety and other operations.
Implement plant emergency plans and response activity.
Monitor safety activities for new project/initiative programs and executed.
Ensure chemical management is implemented in accordance with Thai law and all standards.
Lead incident analysis and corrective and preventive action to prevent reoccurrence.
Promote a safety culture within organization.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
3-5 years working experience in Occupational Health Safety field
Able to motivate and communicate in Occupational Health Safety program
Good command of English Positive attitude and cooperativeness
