Main Purpose of the Role

To manage Copack operations and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes for Home Care products in Thailand. This role ensures timely availability of materials and finished goods through effective planning, order management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Copack Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in Copack planning including supplier or in-house copack capacity checks, production scheduling, issue PR/PO, and material call-offs.

  • Coordinate with third-party manufacturers to ensure timely execution of production plans.

  • Support transition and relaunch activities to ensure smooth operations.

  • Contact point to resolve operation activities to ensure products delivery on-time

  • Work cross-functionally with procurement, factory teams, and logistics to optimize service and reduce business waste.

MRP Execution & Material Planning

- Execute MRP runs and ensure accurate material planning aligned with production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging components to avoid shortages or excess.
- Manage purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Align system parameters and master data to reflect accurate planning inputs.
- Collaborate with procurement and factory teams to resolve material availability issues.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Econometrics, or related field.

  • 2 years in supply planning and demand requirements planning.

  • Strong analytical and planning capabilities

  • Experience with third-party manufacturing and Copack operations (preferred).

  • Basic Power BI and ERP/Planning tool implementation.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management

  • Proficiency in English and Thai
