Job Title: Home Care TH Digital & Social Platform Marketing Manager
Location: Thailand

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to support Marketing objectives, increase brand awareness, and build strong engagement with communities across social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends, sentiments, tools, and best practices in order to incorporate them into the strategy. Proactively identify and engage with key online communities, influencers, and cultures that relevant to the brand to amplify the brand's reach.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

  • Conduct qualitative listening and analysis through social media conversations, comments on brand/ community/ competitors’ content to build strong understanding and insights.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to stakeholders.

  • Manage Homecare/brand communities across all channels.

  • Drive conversation and content-to-convert on Social media and own e-comm channel to drive online sales for Home care.

  • Develop product mixes and/or deployment plan to capture emerging demand or target through online channels.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • 2-5 years' experience in brand/product management/marketing/social media management

  • Knowledge on Homecare products will be added advantage

  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management

  • Experience with social media advertising, social community management and paid campaigns is a plus.

Skill

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools. Strong presentation, communication & project management skill

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Thai language
