JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage Project Network Management within the Planning area, encompassing Innovation, Cost Savings, Resilience, and Transition. The position consolidates Supply Planning activities, including lead times, linkages, and managing Launch OITF processes. It involves overseeing critical tasks such as code creation, master data setup, material procurement, first production runs, product listing, and ensuring the successful execution of Launch OITF.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Simulating capacity and capability following sourcing decisions.

2. Acting as the Project Lead for Business Waste Champion initiatives, Polaris, and Above-Skin Simplification projects.

3. Monitoring and achieving agreed customer service levels (e.g., DR, DROO, BW, DOH) and inventory levels in line with KPIs.

4. Ensuring the successful delivery of launch/relaunch and promotional plans.

5. Driving superior supply chain performance by implementing initiatives such as SAP, Kinaxis, inventory management improvements, and other company projects.

6. Controlling and monitoring business waste and write-offs to meet financial and sustainability goals.

This role plays a critical part in aligning supply chain activities with strategic objectives, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving measurable performance improvements.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Support the management of the overall Supply Chain operations for IC groups.

  • Work jointly with Brand Building (BB) & Brand Development (BD) to deliver NPD On-time with Quality in Full also manage execution excellently

  • Work jointly with Trade Marketing and Sales to evaluate and influence proper sales for forecasting which influence the effective Supply Chain Management i.e. material requirement planning, production planning, and customer service level.

  • Monitor and control inventory levels of materials and finished goods to meet the agreed customer service level.

  • Develop, establish and implement the effective logistics procedure, monitoring, fault finding and reporting system to prompt corrective actions by all concerns.

  • Co-ordinate with Sourcing Unit Logistic in weekly and long-term plan to meet the agreed customer service level.

  • Find area of improvement and flexibility into the logistics system. Avoid waste and add value.

  • Participate, co-ordinate and prepare Network for product launch, relaunch and promotional activities.

  • Monitor, control and advise all concerns on the progress of product launch, relaunch and promotional activities.

  • Co-ordinate with third party manufacturers & Sourcing Unit on weekly and long-term delivery plan.

  • Monitor and jointly develop packaging with suppliers in order to ensure packaging material availability.

  • Jointly work with Supplier development, Technical and Supply Management to improve Supplier’s quality.

  • Advise concerned management on current and foreseeable situations with regards to supply difficult, stock availability, production capacity and distribution.

  • Propose the disposal of obsolete materials, goods and damaged stocks.

  • Work jointly with Export department in order to meet Export sales requirement.

  • Keep updated on company’s policy and relevant strategic and operation plan.

  • Maintain good working relationship with all concerned departments.

  • Complete the ad-hoc assignments given by superior.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Batchelor ‘s or master’s degree in food science, business administration, logistics management or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Project Managment field.

  • Planning, Market, Procurement and analytical skills

  • Energetic, responsive and flexible
