Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop long-term relationships and grow business with assigned key accounts.

  • Understand customer needs and work with internal to provide products solutions and menu idea

  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned customer areas and approach potential customer

  • Coordinate with chef, support team to organize product demonstration, menu ideation.

  • Coordinate with internal and technical teams (Chef, Marketing, CD, R&D and QA) to organize

  • product demonstration, menu ideation and promotional activities.

  • Provide input or feedback to team and analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities and challenges

  • Ensure sales performance and customer inquiry with handle professionally.




Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management

  • Experience in FMCG business; Experience in Food & Beverage related categories are preferred

  • Interest in Food service industry, Thai and Asian cuisine



Skill

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skill.

  • Basic understanding of the foodservice market and customer needs.

  • Good project management with problem solving mindset

  • Able to work independently as part of team
