WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Reporting to the BW-PC Sourcing Unit Manager, the PC Production Manager will be responsible for the total management of Deos and Bottles operations in the BW-PC Cavite site, ensuring that key business metrics such as Safety, Quality, Service, Waste, and Cost are achieved. As the PC Production Manager:
Actively participate in the implementation of all site-specific safety and environmental programs,with the ability to lead and progress current safety culture to world-class standards.
Ensure produced products achieve world-class quality standards and progress quality culture to world-class level.
Ensure 99% output reliability and achieve best-in-class productivity to deliver agile and reliable service.
Build and develop agile work systems that engage, empower, and motivate employees towards a highly autonomous work culture.
Coordinate all production activities in the plant throughFirst Line Managers.
Ensures integration of UMS and R2Smethodology and strategy as well as facilitation of best-proven practice in the factory.
Drive autonomous-based maintenance of equipment.
Maintain high standards of discipline and minimize organizational loss time.
Establish and maintainoptimum manufacturing process conditions andactin the event of deviations.
Achieve desired production costs, including fixed and variable labor costs, OEE, waste, etc.
Monitor, analyze, and control parameters for cost effectiveness and ensure that objectives set for these parameters are met.
Provide coaching and training for teams to drive capability development.
Experiences & Qualifications
Preferably with 5 to 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Must fully understand and enforce SHE standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Must be able to effectively manage conflict while creating an inclusive work environment
Preferably with experience in manufacturing equipment, concepts, and regulations
Preferably with leadership experience in WCM/UMS, R2S
Preferably with strong experience in change management
Must clearly understand how operational performance ties to financials and be able to deliver cost-based objectives
Skills
You must be a strong people manager: You must be prepared to lead all members of the site to success.
You must use your strategic thinking skills: You will ensure that the manufacturing process delivers its required output at maximum efficiencies as planned. You will formulate short-term and long-term manufacturing strategies, together with the Sourcing Unit Manager.
You are a teacher and a student: Participate in regional site meetings and work with the PC network to share/gain best practice for implementation within site.
