As an Asst. Engineering Manager for the Project will Responsible for the proper Project Management of our transformation project start from timeline management, budget/cost management, project documentation management and stakeholder management to ensure Transformation project can landing OTIF as per Business Case.

Main Responsibilities

  • To assist Home Care Manager in the day-to-day work and oversee the total transformation network

  • To join innovation project meeting and Assist Engineering Manager Homecare

  • To check all project network and raise any case that potentially disturb any timing activity in network

  • To coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for supporting activity in transformation project

  • To coordinate with all stakeholders related with transformation project and build good communication & collaboration to deliver the project

  • Able to take decisions to ensure successful operation.

  • Able to effectively perform vendor management.

  • Regularly update progress & any critical issue to Engineering Manager

  • Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.

  • Escalate and update of external or internal issue to Top Management 

  • Proactively seeking for any initiative that can deliver improvement for Home Care Business

  • To make good documentation of new machine installation process such as SOP, Machine Issue Logbook, etc

  • Actively participate in SHE Program and campaign.

  • Handling inhouse HCL technical scope

  • Maintaining SHE discipline of inhouse with consultant and contractor following UL standard.

  • Others project HCL and improvement project.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • General knowledge of Engineering, Planning, and Cost Management

  • Excellent command of English language (oral and written).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management or related field

Skill

  • Proficient in Windows, PMS and MS Office applications especially Power BI & Microsoft Project

  • Able to train, coach and develop team members.

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management

  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
