PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This is a super exciting time to join a business unit that is considered a top priority for Unilever and is anticipated to be the greatest growth driver for both the US and Global Ice Cream businesses!
As part of the Digital Commerce team, we are disrupting traditional retail models and have built a fast-growing Quick Commerce and Pureplay business with partners such as DoorDash, UberEats, and Amazon Fresh. The Associate dComm Manager will be responsible for supporting the growth of our Ice Cream business across these partners and all their verticals. This role entails proactive analysis of current business trends, monitoring & tracking business performance, developing client-facing presentations, and identifying opportunities and risks while analyzing the business. The role also includes supporting the development and execution of our retail media plans across these partners.
You will be responsible for helping deliver exponential growth and cracking new business models in order to land Unilever as THE leader in the rapidly growing ice cream delivery space.
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU'LL DO
The position will require an advanced ability to convert data to insight. We need to know the “Why?” and this role will have the responsibility of answering the question of “So what?”. The ideal candidate should have exceptional data analytics skills and strong business acumen. The candidate must have a passion for high performance and efficient project management. The role is responsible for weekly analysis and reporting of sales, trends, and competitive activity, and most importantly - creating actionable insights from the analysis of these trends. The role will also support the development and execution of our retail media strategy and plans across our Quick Commerce and Pureplay partners. The ideal person for this role will be highly adaptable and comfortable in the agile and dynamic world of digital commerce. A strong ability to use insights from data to stay ahead of new trends and growth spaces will help establish Unilever as a thought leader and change maker in the world of digital commerce and quick commerce.
You’re a juggler: This position will require meeting cyclical deadlines as well as ad hoc deadlines in addition to proactive business analysis that will identify risks and opportunities to drive growth in the quick commerce delivery space. The ideal candidate will be able to manage these changing priorities and ensure internal and external partner deadlines are met. The candidate will support JBP planning and preparation across our partners such as DoorDash, UberEats and Amazon Fresh. The ideal candidate will proactively take a leadership role in providing insights to the team and our key partners as we endeavor to remain on the cutting edge of new verticals.
You’re a dot connector: The position will require the ability to retrieve and analyze many different data points from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect these points quickly to understand emerging trends as they are happening and what the business implications might be. The ideal candidate will also show an interest in the rapidly evolving news space of e-Commerce and quick commerce and demonstrate curiosity to explore new ideas and avenues for growth.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, Master’s Degree preferred.
Prior experience in CPG, Digital Commerce, and/or Retail Media is preferred.
Passion for high performance.
Self-motivated, proactive, self-starter.
Ability to develop and implement actionable business growth strategies.
Highly skilled in wrangling data from multiple different sources and platforms to create organized and actionable insights
Strong bias for action and accountability both for self and others
Advanced analytical skills to dig into the details and deriving insights to ultimately make sound recommendations for the business
Microsoft Office expertise (Excel, Powerpoint, CoPilot, Loop), PowerBI expertise.
Ability to quickly learn partner platforms like DoorDash Ads Manager, Amazon Fresh Vendor Central and UberEats dashboard.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
