Job Title: Ice Cream Americas Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

JOB PURPOSE:

As The Mangum Ice Cream Company prepares to become a standalone global organization in November 2025, we are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Americas region. This executive role will shape the brand and growth strategy for the Magnum Ice Cream Company and its portfolio across North America and Latin America - driving innovation, digital transformation, and consumer obsession at scale.

The CMO will be a key architect of our future, balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence, and inspiring a high-performing marketing organization to deliver breakthrough results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Growth and Brand Leadership:

  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for TMICC in North America, ensuring alignment with global priorities and maximizing local relevance.
  • Partner with the General Managers to define and deliver the region’s growth agenda, driving both top-line acceleration and profitability.
  • Oversee the full marketing mix, leveraging consumer insights, analytics, and commercial rigor to build brand equity and category leadership.
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities across formats, channels, and consumption occasions.

2. Innovation and Portfolio Management

  • Lead the end-to-end innovation process from consumer insights to commercialization ensuring a robust, future-fit pipeline that drives brand distinctiveness and growth.
  • Collaborate with Global Brand and R&D teams to land breakthrough innovations and ensure strong in-market execution.
  • Manage the brand portfolio strategically to balance short-term performance with long-term equity building.

3. Digital and Data-Driven Transformation

  • Champion digital acceleration and e-commerce growth across the region
  • Embed precision marketing, CRM, and performance optimization into core marketing practices
  • Build strategic partnerships with digital platforms and media partners

4. Regional Influence and Collaboration

  • Provide dotted-line leadership to Latin America marketing teams
  • Share best practices and support regional innovation and capability building
  • Foster alignment across the Americas marketing community

5. Leadership and Team Development

  • Inspire, coach, and develop a world-class marketing team capable of driving breakthrough thinking and flawless execution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Represent the brand and function at key internal and external forums.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership in consumer goods, ideally within premium, lifestyle, or indulgence brands.
  • Proven success leading brand strategy, innovation, and digital transformation in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and commercial orientation.
  • Experience working across North America and understanding of regional consumer and market dynamics; exposure to Latin America markets is an advantage.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a track record of developing talent and driving high performance.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $323k-$565k. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
