Job Purpose
This role is responsible for managing and delivering the forecasted sales growth of the assigned category or business unit through control towering end-to-end sales operations while partnering with internal teams (Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy and Planning, Brand Marketing and Customer Operations Group – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Experience).
Key Responsibilities
This role will handle Sales Demand Planning, in which he/she needs to:
- Deliver end to end operational excellence and efficiencies via process intervention and project management
- Set-up automated systems and processes for more efficient delivery of category topline and bottom-line targets
- Partner with field sales and integrated planning teams for the monthly depot-level forecast to ensure correct product mix and inventory levels in all depots across the country
- Partner with field sales for New Product Innovation (NPI) volume bottoms-up and stocks distribution planning
- Analyze data across several internal resources for KPI tracking purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate preferably on a business related field.
- Background on process automation and data set-up, preferably in MS Excel
- Process mindset - can spot gaps and propose actions to continuously improve end to end process while balancing stakeholder needs
- Ability to manipulate and analyse complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying source
- Strong partnering mindset and ability to work together with internal teams
- Should be a team player and possesses a professional and mature demeanor
- Storytelling skills marrying data and insights
