Context & Main Purpose of Job

The job holder will be responsible to assist to develop the execution strategy for the Modern Trade (MT) account.

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

  • Project Planning and Conceptualization: Lead the development of the project plan from ideation to execution, including concept creation, design, and feasibility analysis for project assigned.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, vendors) to align on project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Operational Strategy Development: Design and implement operational processes for the project, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Store Layout and Design: Oversee the design and layout of the project within the supermarket to maximize visibility, accessibility, and customer engagement.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that all expenditures align with financial goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and relevant industry guidelines throughout the operationalization process.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Create and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive awareness and foot traffic to the project, including in-store promotions and social media campaigns.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service and possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of the project, preparing regular reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactively address and resolve operational challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Post-Launch Evaluation: Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the project’s performance after launch, gathering customer feedback and operational data for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience and loyalty, implementing feedback mechanisms for ongoing product and service enhancements.
  • Omni-Channel Integration: Ensure that the project integrates seamlessly with other store operations, including supply chain logistics, inventory management, and customer service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates of business, process management and engineering related courses
  • Mid-career with experience on business operations management

  • Knowledge Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Knowledge in Power BI is ad advantage
