JOB PURPOSE:

The Europe & ANZ Ice Cream Business Unit contributes ca 40% to the global Ice Cream business and has the ambition to accelerate underlying sales growth whilst stepping up underlying operating profit growth and return on invested capital (ROIC). The ambition requires a high level of value creation, transformation and process re-design, which will be part of the new company establishment journey. The Ice Cream Finance function plays a pivotal role - supporting strategic business decisions, providing relentless focus on the cash and value. 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

• Support driving monthly Business Unit performance with BUILT, markets and Business Group performance teams through actionable insights.

• Support core business planning, strategy development, performance and analytics processes, translating strategy into action and execution.

• Own data, report and platform capabilities agenda to establish timely & seamless information flow between multiple stakeholders (BU/BG/Market Finance teams, BUILT).

• Develop capabilities to reduce complexity and improve transparency of information, building a true performance network and ownership across teams.

• Drive ad hoc projects where value is at stake.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Professional qualifications: Finance/Business degree, fluent in English

• Commercial acumen

• Resilience (ability to cope with time pressure and challenges)

• Ability to quickly understand new topics

• Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills

• Work collaboratively with a wide set of stakeholders

• Understanding of the detailed levels of Unilever’s Management P&L

• Ability to present complex information in a simplified manner

• Strong analytical skills, Excel modelling skills and attention to detail

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 2-4+ years of work experience

• Finance Business Partnering and Performance Management experience

• Experience delivering in a multi-country environment
