Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collections activities for the organization. Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics. Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial attributes. Holds complete responsibility of company’s goals regarding repayment increases and develop strategies for achieving those goals.
  • Overseeing claims management, including reporting procedures, claim investigations protocols, conferring with claimants, settlement of claims, etc. Periodic review of MT claims and suggest operation benefit for organization.
  • Ensure end to end delivery of cash collection objectives (overall reduction of past due and DSO, and overall improvement regarding customer delinquency)
  • Ensure all claims are completed on time and improve operational efficiency

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Environmental Science/ Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, preferably customer experience/ finance/collection

Skills:
