JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Dressings Brand Execution Specialist to join our team within the Nutrition Business area at Unilever.

You’ll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in the development of the national Brand Marketing Plan (BMP) for Hellmann’s within the Nutrition plan guidelines, to meet company goals.

This position is based in our Barcelona (Viladecans) HQ.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Brand Vision Plan (BVP)

  • Support the brand building manager in translation of the BVP into the Brand Marketing Plan (BMP).

Brand Marketing Plan

  • Support the Marketing Manager to develop and deploy the brand marketing plan by assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule.
  • Assist the brand building manager in building engaging launch plans and channel strategies (incl. promotions, media and POS visibility).
  • ⁠Leads adaptation of brand communication assets, BTL media plan (Social, Influencer Marketing & PR) and delivers disruptive and innovative brand projects.
  • Responible for the brand and competitors performance analysis (sell in & sell out analysis) by evaluating support activities on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Monthly control of brand budget.
  • Identifies solutions and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Assist in the brand’s day to day operational activities.
  • Builds productive working relationship with Trade Marketing, Global Marketing, R&D, CMI, Finance and Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • ⁠+3 years experience in brand management or marketing department. Experience in FMCG preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Interest in consumer understanding, marketing communications and social-first strategies. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
