As an R&D Intern at Hive focusing on Culinary Product Development your key responsibilities & accountabilities could be (amongst others):

  • Create culinary briefs of new products, based on business partner inputs, culinary insights, cooking methods and habits;

  • Provide input for generation of concepts, claims and selling stories;

  • Support with culinary benchmarking, creative and approval sessions, in line with recipe approval process;

  • Provide culinary guidance and practical support to product developers;

  • …And many more interesting tasks & topics to give you the best possible learning experience!

  • An internship allowance of €625,- gross per month;

What we ask:

  • You are available for 5 or 6 months from September 2024 (at least 32 hours a week);

  • You must be enrolled as a (3rd or 4th year) Bachelor or Master student;

  • A study food technology, food processing, product design, culinary chef et cetera;

  • Or a food blogger or hotelmanagement student who is keen to make experience with international company with product development;

  • You have a great passion for foods & you’re analytically strong;

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or English; both oral and written.
