POSITION: Intern in Procurement department – Flexibles & Decoration and Tubes team
FUNTION INTRODUCTION:
The Procurement department in our Warsaw branch comprises teams responsible for purchasing of packaging, materials, MBS and other material and services.
JOB PURPOSE:

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
- Meaningful tasks that will make you a real part of the team – our internship lasts 6 or 12 months so you can comfortably integrate and understand our work specifics.
- Tasks tailored to your current knowledge and the direction in which you want to develop – a conversation with you will help us select the best team and tasks for you.
- Participation in various operational tasks and projects within the procurement (contract creation, solving the price mismatches in invoices, support on the new material price agreements with suppliers).
- Supporting the team and direct supervisor in providing data and analyses.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- You are a 3rd-5th year student of engineering, economics, finance, business and management or a related field.
- Availability 35-40 working hour/week.
- You have a very good command of English.
- You are proficient in Excel and Power Point .
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You are passionate, motivated, and eager to act.

Recruitment process:
Stage I: Completing the application form along with attaching your CV.
Stage II: Online interview with the Talent Partner.
Stage III: Interview with the Line Manager (business case optional).
