JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to drive sustainable business growth by developing strong relationships with key retail customers and executing effective, customer-focused strategies within the Slovak FMCG market. You will contribute to building long-term partnerships, delivering commercial excellence, and ensuring consistent execution of business plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement customer strategies aligned with overall company growth objectives
  • Support and lead commercial negotiations on sales targets, trade investments, and promotional plans
  • Drive profitable growth through effective account and category management
  • Ensure successful execution of product listings, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Manage customer budgets and contribute to delivering sales and profit targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying growth opportunities
  • Coordinate selected key account activities across CZ/SK in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution
  • Delivery customer-focused solutions that create value and support sustainable growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management/Trade Marketing/Sales within FMCG
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Fluent Slovak and advanced English
  • Analytical, results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with retail customers in the Slovak market
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interest in developing commercial and leadership capabilities

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Salary in the range of 23 200 – 26 200 EUR gross annually (depending on experience)
  • Entitlement to 25 days of vacation, 5 personal days, and 1 birthday day off
