Electrical & Automation Technician
1. Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines and production equipment.
Program, modify, and optimize PLCs for Filling & Packing machines such as: Rockwell,Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.
Participate in installation, improvement, and upgrading of automation systems.
Work closely with the production team to analyze breakdowns and propose preventive solutions.
Carry out preventive maintenance (PM/TPM) according to schedule.
Provide basic machine operation training for operators when required.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, 5S, ISO standards, and company regulations.
2. Requirements
College/University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
Proficiency in PLC programming and modification (preferably Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of HMI/SCADA or Robotics is a plus.
Honest, responsible, and willing to work shifts/on-call when required.

Thực hiện bảo trì, sửa chữa, khắc phục sự cố máy móc, thiết bị trong dây chuyền sản xuất.
Lập trình, chỉnh sửa và tối ưu hóa chương trình PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron… tùy hệ thống).
Tham gia lắp đặt, cải tiến, nâng cấp máy móc thiết bị tự động hóa.
Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để phân tích nguyên nhân hỏng hóc và đề xuất giải pháp phòng ngừa.
Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ theo kế hoạch (PM/TPM).
Hỗ trợ đào tạo vận hành cơ bản cho công nhân khi cần.
Tuân thủ quy trình an toàn lao động, 5S, ISO và các quy định nội bộ.
2. Yêu cầu công việc
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Điện – Điện tử, Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc liên quan.
Có ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm về bảo trì, sửa chữa máy móc trong nhà máy.
Biết đọc hiểu bản vẽ điện, khí nén, thủy lực.
Thành thạo lập trình và chỉnh sửa PLC (ưu tiên Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron).
Có kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý sự cố nhanh.
Ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm HMI/SCADA hoặc Robot.
Trung thực, trách nhiệm, sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca/khi có sự cố.
