OVERVIEW
The Asst. Manager for HR Projects & Engagements will play a strategic role in driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience for the Philippines. This position requires strong expertise in project management, employee engagement, and internal communications. The role will lead complex HR projects, design and implement engagement strategies, and ensure effective communication across the organization while partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams.


WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR-led projects, including talent initiatives, organizational development programs, and change management efforts. Ensure projects are aligned with business priorities and delivered on time and within scope.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Design and implement engagement strategies to foster a positive employee experience. Drive initiatives such as well-being and culture-building activities. Analyze engagement data and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Internal Communications: Develop and manage HR communication plans to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals. Create compelling content for internal channels, including newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages.
  • Data & Reporting: Provide advanced analytics and reporting on HR metrics, engagement trends, and project outcomes. Use data to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience, with proven expertise in project management, employee engagement, and internal communications.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience in crafting impactful messages for diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and MS Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cultural and engagement initiatives across demo.
