Propósito del cargo:
Esta posición apoya al negocio de Foods en México, colaborando en proyectos estratégicos que conectan la voz del consumidor con decisiones de marketing, innovación y comercial. Su rol consiste en generar insights accionables que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio, mediante estudios de consumidor, mercado y competencia, asegurando decisiones basadas en una comprensión profunda del consumidor mexicano.
Además, formará parte de una comunidad de CMI más amplia a nivel local, regional y global, con interacciones puntuales con equipos de otros países, especialmente dentro de la comunidad de Foods.
Respecto a este puesto:
Esta persona será la referente encargada de liderar la agenda del consumidor y el plan de investigación para la marca. Se espera que construya insights relevantes y los comparta con el negocio, asegurando impacto mediante el uso de datos continuos y estudios ad hoc.
Las fuentes continuas incluyen herramientas como World panel, Nielsen y Kantar Insight, mientras que los estudios ad hoc se definirán según las necesidades específicas de cada proyecto, abarcando vías de crecimiento, tendencias futuras, relanzamientos de marca y extensiones de línea. Por lo tanto, es un rol end-to-end que acompaña a la marca en todas sus instancias.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Identificar tendencias y oportunidades de crecimiento a partir de datos de mercado y consumidor, que puedan traducirse en innovaciones o campañas de comunicación.
- Liderar análisis que aseguren que la voz del consumidor sea escuchada y que cada proyecto responda a una necesidad o problema relevante, considerando su impacto en el posicionamiento de marca.
- Liderar la ejecución y análisis de estudios de consumidor, tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos, siendo referente en metodologías de investigación y consolidando aprendizajes entre marcas y canales para enriquecer recomendaciones futuras.
- Consolidar y analizar información de mercado proveniente de fuentes como Nielsen, Kantar, Brand Tracking, entre otras.
- Contribuir al desarrollo de aprendizajes clave para proyectos de innovación, comunicación y estrategia de marca, participando en sesiones de co-creación con equipos multifuncionales y preparando reportes ejecutivos con recomendaciones claras y accionables.
- Priorizar y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, organizando el tiempo de forma eficiente.
Tus principales aliados serán:
Reportará al Lead CMI Foods Mexico and Cooking Aids LATAM. Trabajará en equipo con el resto de la comunidad de CMI México, así como con CMI Foods a nivel LATAM y Global. Colaborará con los equipos de marketing, medios, CSP y CMI LATAM de Unilever, además de trabajar mano a mano con agencias de investigación, creativas y de medios. También tendrá interacciones y presentará resultados al equipo de liderazgo de Foods.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti para ser parte de esta experiencia?
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en investigación de mercados o roles similares, con foco en innovación, comunicación y análisis de mercado.
- Conocimiento profundo y actualizado en metodologías de investigación, incluyendo evaluación de conceptos y productos y uso de inteligencia artificial.
- Manejo de mediciones continuas como Kantar, Nielsen y Brand Tracking.
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis como Excel, Power BI, SPSS, y apertura a nuevas fuentes y tecnologías.
- Capacidad para transformar preguntas de negocio en proyectos de investigación end-to-end, conectando datos cuantitativos y cualitativos para generar diagnósticos profundos y relevantes.
- Creatividad analítica y habilidades sólidas de storytelling para presentar a equipos internos y de liderazgo.
- Orientación a la acción: convertir insights en recomendaciones claras y accionables para el negocio.
- Autonomía para construir su propia agenda y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Curiosidad genuina por entender al consumidor, la cultura y el contexto social.
- Inglés avanzado: comunicación fluida verbal y escrita.
