Job Description:

The Availability Resource will be part of the E-commerce Customer Operations team, with a primary responsibility to ensure stock as per customer demand. This role is critical in managing network transitions, monitoring performance, and collaborating with key stakeholders across Supply Planning (SP), Customer Service (CS), and Customer Development (CD) teams to deliver superior service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Superior Availability: Drive superior stock availability across Business Groups (BGs) and customers, ensuring demand is consistently met.
  • Performance Monitoring: Own and manage MIS dashboards to capture and track key service metrics (Day 0, MSTN, MSTN LF). Publish BG-wise performance reports and take timely corrective actions to close gaps.
  • Network Planning: Oversee portfolio-wide network transitions by maintaining and updating network planning trackers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with BG Supply Planning, Network Planning, and Distribution Planning teams to manage DSRs, network transitions, and
  • resolve operational challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between SP, CS, and CD teams to align priorities, address availability issues, and ensure seamless customer operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance availability processes, streamline reporting, and strengthen supply chain resilience.

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI.

Qualification & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
