Procurement Collaborative Manufacturing is a dynamic and strategic function that plays a crucial role in ensuring the Company's success. As a Collaborative Manufacturing procurement professional, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and managing the essential Finished Goods for Consumers. This role offers the opportunity to build valuable relationships with suppliers, develop strong negotiation and business development skills, support in implementation of key value projects for Business and contribute to cost-saving initiatives that directly impact the Company's performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.

• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost requirements are met

• Plan and execute the tendering process and subsequent analysis of prices and commercials, including supplier discussions and visits.

• Support Procurement Managers on presentations and updates for internal and external stakeholders.

• Work with cross-functional team including Procurement buyers, CM Operations (SC), Marketing, Finance and R&D teams on value improvement projects.

• Support implementation of innovation projects in cross functional teams with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and CM partners.

• Support implementation of insourcing/outsourcing projects with R&D, Supply Chain and CM partners.

• Manage commercial issues and operational escalations as they arise.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ​Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or supply chain management

• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain.

• Supplier management experience.

• Good understanding of how supply chains work (Common Sense).

• Fluent in English – spoken & written – strong communication skills

• Self-starter with strong accountability & responsibility leadership standards.

• Strong on execution, have analytical skills and be pro-active.

• Basic appreciation of negotiation skills to demonstrate buying competitiveness.

• Must be able to present key findings in a crisp way – strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.

• Outstanding in idea generation, ideas that are forward thinking, and that contribute to creating sustained competitive advantage.

• Strong at selling ideas to his/her business partners, internally and externally, translating these into effective proposals conveying value and communicating them accordingly.

• Act as an entrepreneur, treats business as his/her own, sets trends and is willing to lead, follow or get out of the way.
