Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible to help driving the big agenda of the business unit in the market by leading multiple agencies, understand the business dynamics, driving initiatives to be competitive in the market.
  • Drive business unit digital commerce performance through consistent demand generation activities
  • Stakeholder management and collaborate with cross function includes External agencies and internal stakeholder
  • Monitoring performance (return) and optimizing budget


Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media, retail media and e-commerce.
  • Strong curiosity to understand of shopper behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong confident to managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Skill

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for breakthrough technology and driving change.
  • Proficiency in related tools and software supporting for d-commerce and retail media
  • Understanding e-commerce landscape (livestream and affiliates)
